System/SharePoint AdministratorVaco Technology has an immediate need for a Sr. System/SharePoint Administrator for a 6-12 month contract position in Memphis, TN.

The Sr. System/SharePoint Administrator will be responsible for the following:

Administration of 800 + MS Windows 2000 & 2003 servers including file/print servers, SQL servers, an IIS server, Domain Controller servers, ERP servers as well as Exchange 2007 and VMWare servers.

Ensuring network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure, and all other technical considerations at the network level of the organization.

Administration of MS Office SharePoint 2007 server as well as support of corporate intranet MOSS 2007 site and site security.

Serve as backup administrator for SQL database. Monitor performance of production, QA and development SQL servers systems and identify tuning requirements.

Work closely with application developers in applying ETL processes by creating and using DTS/SSIS packages, running prepared DDL, Stored Procedures, and Data Update SQL Scripts on production databases.

The qualified candidate will have extensive enterprise-level experience with the administration of Windows 2000 & 2003 servers, SharePoint servers and SQL databases. Additionally, he/she will have experience with Cisco switching and routing technologies.

This is a 6-12 month contract in Memphis, TN.
