Are you a Connecticut licensed Registered Nurse with 3+ years experience managing/supervising others?

Do you have current experience as a Clinical Supervisor or 2+ years nursing experience in the home health environment?

Who are we?
We are a highly established home health agency and we are looking for an RN Clinical Supervisor to manage one of our general home care divisions.

What you need:
- Home health care experience a must!
- Current License as a Registered Nurse
- Connecticut preferred
- Minimum of: Masters plus 1 year in home health, or, BS plus 3 years experience, or RN Clinical Supervisor experience, or RN plus 10 years experience
- 3 in home health
- Background in clinical decision making for patients in a home health setting

What you'll be doing:
- Supervision of patients and field staffs
- Develop an initial plan of care per patient's needs in accordance with physician orders and agency policies and procedures
- Schedules, completes' updates and maintains timely employee performance evaluations and competencies
- On call for patient related problems and available to nursing staff for 24 hour period as assigned
- Demonstrates knowledge of State and Federal Regulations and accreditation standards pertaining to home health and is able to communicate this knowledge to staff.
- Assists staff in utilizing team approach in the provision and reimbursement of patient care, as well as selection, management and development of staff
- Make home visits as needed
- Report to, support and act in absence of the Administrator/Director of Nursing
- Committee meetings for Professional Advisory Committee and Clinical Record Review Committee
