Superintendent for a Multi Family BuilderI am conducting a search for a Superintendent. We are looking for a Superintendent with experience building stick frame high end apartment projects.

My client is a very successful private company. They have a lot going on in an economy where others do not. They have a deep pipeline of already funded projects. Come be a part of an outstanding and professional company.

This is a joint venture project so there are multiple players and "owners" on this project.

Do you have the experience to handle a high profile project? This is a commercial type project, but with different materials.

The project will have 6 buildings totalling 160 units.

This is an on site position. You will run the job and manage the trades.

Experience with multi family construction and the level of detail required with turning over apartments for rent is essential. Experience running the whole job start to finish is also essential.
