Job Description:

Will need experience in implementing EVMS on an existing program. Needs to have high proficiency in MPM. Also knowledgeable in working with JAMIS, Wired, and winsight. Will be lead person to make sure CPR, CSFR and CDRLs are submitted on time and accurately. Will also help to lead the financial analysis and control of costs and schedule on the program. Key activities will include interface with the customer finance team in making sure ad-hoc and non-CDRL requests are being met; assisting the Business Manager in the preparation of financial review briefs and quarterly Estimates at Completion (EAC). Position requires the ability to provide top level program planning and control guidance/direction as well as the ability to summarize, package, and present information to all levels of management. Emphasis on EVMS planning, reporting and multi-tasking skills. Focal point for MPM administration and maintenance of program logs.



Required Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or business related field plus 4+ years of finance analyst experience with an emphasis in project controls/program controls/business management. Expert EVMS, cost analysis, and forecasting. Strong Excel skills required. Must be capable of multi-tasking while keeping attention to details. Must possess the ability to work under deadline constraints. Must have strong mathematical and analytical skills. Must have strong interpersonal skills. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills to be able to interact with all levels of Raytheon and customer organizations.



Desired Skills:



MPM, winsight/winsight Administrator, Familiarity with JAMIS, Wired, and Impromptu financial tools. MS Project with working knowledge of MS Project/MPM interface software. Preferred EVMS experience with Aerospace/Defense industry. Familiarity in preparing financial CDRLs (CPR, CFSR) as well as CDRL experience supporting preparations for Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Internal Surveillance Reviews (ISR). Prior supervisory experience is a plus. Strong presentation skills. Advanced degree and/or professional certifications such as MBA, MACC or Master are in Finance.



Required Education (including Major):



Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or business related field with 4-6 years of work related experience.
