Responsibilities Influences the organization to operate in alignment with corporate mission, vision, values, and culture while supporting the improvement of organizational performance. Provides proactive, innovative, customer-focused HR solutions that are aligned with business objectives.
Partners with Executives on developing an effective and integrated strategy for advancing the business. Participates in Executive staff meetings to ensure an integrated business partnership and strong link with strategy and direction of business.
Brings an objective HR perspective in managing business problems. Provides insight regarding people, organizational dynamics and the business and translates this insight into sustainable solutions.
Recognizes and effectively balances the client groups interests with the needs of the company.
Ensures leaders have the right HR information to make business decisions.
Maintains a global focus on the business and HR practices Effectively diagnoses issues, and recommends solutions to highly complex business, people and organizational issues which extend across multiple groups within the company.
Works on extremely complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variables.
Qualifications BS/BA degree, applicable certification or equivalent related experience required.
8+ years Human Resources experience 7 years minimum employee relations and general HR consulting experience.
In depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, programs, best practices and philosophies.
Ability to manage evolving legal issues.
Ability to apply academic and experiential knowledge to provide guidance to managers on employee relations issues without considerable direction.
