Essential Job Functions:

Design, implement, and test contact center scripts for the IP Contact Center (IPCC) Enterprise instance in Dallas, TX.

Required Qualifications: 5 years specialized Call Center experience 5 years general Information Technology experience 2 Years of Cisco CVP experience 2 Years of ICM experience

Java Programming Experience 3 Years of Cisco IPCC Enterprise experience

Verint Call Recording, Blue Pumpkin Work force desired iNova Readerboards desired

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
