Senior Game Designer - Flash - XML - Video Games - Level Editors - QA

If you are a Senior Game Designer with Flash and XML experience, please read on!

What you need for this position:

- 3+ years as a game designer

- Knowledge of Online Gaming, Casual Games, Multiplayer Games, Social Gaming

- Experience with Flash, Photoshop, 3DS Max, Maya, etc. (working knowledge)

- Experience with XML

- Understanding of Level editors and User-Generated Content

- Understanding QA testing and project management

- Developing scalable and modular game content for easy reuse

- Understanding of both game design and game programming

- Agile experience is a plus

Candidates should be local and authorized to work for any employer (H1 Sponsorship and visa transfer are not available at this time)

What you'll be doing:

- Designing high quality fun games

- Working collaboratively with developers, producers, QA and business partners on game projects

- Mentor designers and development teams in multiple office locations

- Develop timelines and manage process for game production

- Oversee Design, Development, and QA

- Documentation and spec development

- Level Design
