Description Bellevue Consulting Firm looking for Professional Receptionist to answer phones and assist callers in prompt, professional demeanor.
The perfect individual for this Firm has a constant SMILE in their voice and enjoys controlling all incoming calls!
Person will be first point of contact in person and over phone. Must be very proficient using multi-line phone and intercom system. Must have upbeat, positive personality to assist callers while checking on orders, finding status of shipped product, and directing callers to correct department.
Person must be self-motivated to keep busy between peak call times. Miscellaneous administrative duties will be assigned. Must have experience with Outlook and scheduling meetings for Partners. Must be comfortable using internet, Google Maps / Mapquest, and other search engines to location information.
Miscellaneous data entry to be assigned. Some daily counting, collating and filing. May be asked to assist others with administrative tasks. Simple housekeeping duties may be assigned. |
