Position Description/Performance Profile: Deloitte Consulting's Emerging Markets practice is seeking a Project Analyst. The Project Analyst will work within the Program Management Office team in support of the large-scale USAID funded Capacity Development Programs, be responsible for local imprest account oversight, burn rate tracking, budgeting LOE and related expenditures, and ensures accurate billing to the client.
