Job Description:



This Program Controls position includes: Development of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) Preparation of Work Authorization Documents - Development of time-phased budgets and schedules - Monitor costs and manpower on a weekly basis ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct end objective - Measure performance (earned value) on a monthly basis and generate EV reports, graphs, analysis, etc.

- Provide Program Manager and Finance Lead with internal reports on cost and schedule performance - Monitor billing status and unbilled issues.



Required Skills:



BS/BA Degree in Finance/Business Administration with 2+ years of applicable work experience, OR, 10 years of relevant work experience maybe considered for non-degreed candidates.

- Strong spreadsheet skills a must



- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, incl. Excel, Powerpoint, Word



- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills



- Ability to interact with all levels of customers and management



- Excellent verbal and written communication skills



US CITIZENSHIP WITH THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN A SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE. Must be able to pass a National Agency Check (NAC).



Desired Skills:



- Hands-on experience with Earned Value and/or software development programs.



- Proficient with Microframe Project Manager (MPM)



- Experience with Cost Performance Reports 1-5, and Contract Funds Status Reports



- Finance experience supporting Department of Defense programs



Required Education(including Major): BS/BA Degree in Finance/Business Administration or similar discipline or 8 years of relevant work experince may substitute for degree.
