Manpower is currently recruiting for an experienced Production Supervisor. Candidate will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all production activities for the facility. This individual will report directly to the Production Manager. The Production Supervisor will work with the Production Manager and warehouse teams to develop and maintain a production schedule; manage the workforce and equipment to meet customer and production requirements; perform daily production analysis and recommend improvements; develop and execute a preventative maintenance program; cultivate an educated, well trained and motivated staff; conduct employee performance reviews; participate in work related seminars and classes; maintain acceptable levels of housekeeping; and facilitate and maintain a progressive safety culture. This is a 2nd shift opportunity, MonFri, from 3:30pm12:00pm. Applicants must be able to pass a drug screen and five-year criminal background check, and have a High School Diploma or GED.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have at least five years relevant work experience and prior experience working in a production environment and supervising between 15 - 70 employees. Preferably, this individual will be Bilingual, Spanish speaking.
