West Jefferson company looking for Production Associates for long term, temp to hire positions.
 
Startiing pay: 1st shift $9.00/hr
                       2nd shift $9.25/hr
 
Pay increases after 45, 90 and 180 days
Holiday and vacation pay
Health insurance available after 1week
 
All qualified candidates must be able to perform the following:
 
Assembly of structural steel automotive parts such as dashboard uppers and lowers, rear truck panels, center door pillars, steering hangers and others.
Ability to lift 35-50 pounds on a continual basis.  Some production lines run approximately 500 parts per shift.
Ability to stand 8 hours per day with overtime on an as needed basis.  (Usually 2 hours at the end of the shift).
Ability to handle repetitive movements, including bending, twisting and reaching.
Ability to perform quality checks as needed.
Ability to assist in visual inspection of each part coming off the press during production.
Assist in loading parts into their proper containers.
Assist in rework during production if needed.
 
Job Requirements
All candidates must have a clean background and pass a drug screen prior to placement.
 
All employees must wear all necessary personal protective equipment (safety apparel) at all times, this includes steel toe boots, bump caps, safety glasses, ear plugs etc.
 
1st and 2nd shifts available.
