Description Immediate part-time customer service position available at our client in Columbus, IN.
Job duties include: responsible for maintaining current departmental MS Access databases. Design and develop new MS Access applications, utilizing Visual Basic programming and MS Access skills. Responsible for the ACD database and reporting. Which includes formating data in MS Excel and importing data into an MS Access database daily. Also responsible for creating all ACD daily, monthly and quarterly reporting. Provide backup for clerical, consumer relations 800 line and recall line as needed.Requirements include: excellent knowledge and proficiency in all MS Office products with emphasis on MS Access and MS Excel. Experience or a working knowledge of Visual Basic for MS Access and the ability to develop MS Access databases from the design stages to completion and roll out.
