As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will:
- Provide therapy services consistent with the patient's Plan of Treatment.
- Assist in the implementation of vocational and educational programs to restore, reinforce and enhance task performances, diminish or correct pathology and to promote health and self sufficiency.
- Design and adapt equipment for working and living environment. Fabricate devices to assist and improve function, independence and participation in the program.
- Provide therapeutic treatment and instruction to patients in accordance with physician orders to improve and restore strength, coordination, range of motion and function.

- Has the autonomy to make individualized patient-centered decisions for optimal clinical care.
- Works with other highly skilled clinicians through a multi- or interdisciplinary team approach.

Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted OTA licensure
- A minimum of six months occupational therapist assistant experience preferred
- Home Health experience a plus
- Current CPR certification
- Good organizational and communication skills
