Assignment Capsule:
As a Core Functions Marketing Director you will have oversight of Brand, Advertising, Sponsorship, Market Research, Insights, Planning, and Marketing Strategy. You will have the responsibility of connecting across the enterprise to build relationships and organization capabilities to grow Humana\'s business. The right candidate will possess the following capabilities:
Maximize Humana\'s brand
Identify consumer trends, competitive environment, and advertising trends and apply this knowledge to drive business outcomes
Build relationships and network internally and externally; collaborate and partner
Understanding of the creative and vendor management process; ability to identify best in class vendors and agencies and leverage as necessary
Develop and implement strategy to include best practice methodology, strategic plan components and best-practice intents
Possess business acumen and able to produce results and quantify success
Ability to successfully manage Humana assets, negotiate price/value as appropriate
Leverage celebrity endorsements/engagements
Formulate insights; champion and drive insights
Identify business gaps and select correct approach to fill the knowledge gap; develop custom studies to develop the answer
Continuously assess the business and market conditions

Role Essentials:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Business or similar
Minimum 7 years experience in driving strategy
Significant experience leading teams

Master\'s Degree of Business Administration
Expertise in metrics and analytics
P&L experience
Reporting Relationships:
