Assist Managers in their  responsibilities to meet the standards  and the expecations of their roles.  Coach sales associated on areas of development.  Learn to execute the responsibilities of this job description including merchandising, inventory or project related functions

2>Visual Presentation/Store

* Execute window changes and the dressing/styling all interior mannequins on time and on concept

* Communicate store deficiencies i.e. lighting, fixtures, visual standards

* Implementing merchandising techniques and promotions as per Head Office or Photo directive.

* Ensures ease of customer shopping experience through visual presentation and overall store maintenance

* Works hand in hand with store management to plan and execute monthly directives/store flips

* Cleans, vacuums, folds, sizes, steams, replenishes as assigned

* Services and sells to customers from all sections in the store

* Understands and supports the visual direction

* Actively participates in all merchandising activities including, but not limited to: daily stock maintenance, product transfers, folding, and floor change over

* Re-merchandises according to sell-through, clarity of offer, and store concept

* Participates in the receiving and processing of stock to the sales floor and designated stockroom sections

2>Experience:


2>Note: an Assistant Manager is responsible to meet standards on the responsibilities of this job description but can also have a specialty within a store such as; merchandising, inventory or project related.
 

* A minimum of 1 year in an assistant manager position at a specialty retailer volume 1.0M or less or full time service associate level in a large volume retailer with experience in fashion clothing and volume being an asset
