Job Objective:

This position reports to the International Trade Development Manager and

has a primary responsibility to support free trade agreements. The role

will have a secondary responsibility to participate in company-wide

performance improvement initiatives ranging from process redesign to system

implementations. The position will be assigned to support logistics

compliance, procurement, and/or analytics.

Essential Functions:

Primary Area Of Responsibility

Performance Improvement Initiatives:

*Process improvement projects for assigned area of focus (i.e. NAFTA

process) working with cross-functional and multi-divisional teams

*Coordinate and communicate with third party vendors on specific targeted

projects

* Document all improvements for future training and development

purposes

Secondary Area of Responsibility- Logistics Data Analysis:

*Provide data and analysis through the use of the Hexion data warehouses for

the purpose of identifying issues and alternative solutions for cross

border trade.

* Will work with senior level personnel in creating solutions

geared towards increased service and cost reduction opportunities.

Education / Qualifications:

4 year BS Degree preferred not required.

2 year Associates Required or 10 to 15 years relevant experience in

International Trade or Logistics.

Adept at managing multiple software programs including data analysis tools.

(Excel, Access, Word, Lotus Notes)

Familiarity with ERP tools specifically SAP and SAP\'s data warehouse

preferred, but not required

Project Management experience - reporting and tracking

Creative Thinker

Self - Motivated

The position is based at the Hexion Corporate Office in downtown Columbus

and will have a flexible work schedule including up to 20 hours per week.
