• - High school diploma or equivalent is required
• - Customer Service skills are required
• - Experience is preferred
• The IS operator reports to the Director of Information Systems. Operates and maintains a wide variety of computer related devices located throughout all areas of Beverly Hospital and affiliates. Will interact with all levels of personnel in these areas on a regular basis for software problem solving and hardware troubleshooting. Coordinates the use of outside service vendors as required. Maintains a reasonable level of data processing supplies, reordering through the Materials Management Department or specific vendors and arranging for appropriate delivery as required. Produces scheduled reports on appropriate media in a timely and responsible manner and distribuites as required. Minimum of a High School education with additional computer exposure, including keyboard skills and operational familiarity with varied computer equipment. This is a full-time position, 8am-5pm, occasional weekends and holidays required. Periodic on-call requirement.
