We are seeking qualified candidates to join the Environmental Consulting & Sustainability Services practices: Our professionals support: Internal and external financial audits across sectors which includes assessing environmental related risks, evaluating and analyzing environmental compliance programs and management systems, environmental liabilities and related internal controls to determine whether the processes, methodology, and assumptions used to manage and estimate the environmental liabilities are technically sound and in accordance with generally accepted practices. Environmental and sustainability strategy and implementation engagements through identifying environmental and sustainability drivers, risks and related life cycle costs and analyzing in accordance with business priorities, operational integration requirements and governance infrastructures. Matters in all stages of business disputes or litigation, from case theory development and discovery to expert witness testimony in the areas of cost allocation, damages assessments (including Natural Resource Damages), and insurance claims preparation, amongst others. Buyers, sellers and private equity firms evaluating environmental matters and their potential economic and financial reporting in connection with mergers & acquisitions. We help clients to properly quantify and articulate values for financial reporting, taxation, transaction, financing, litigation, and strategic management purposes. We understand the requirements associated with United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), tax, and regulatory requirements and can support the development or analysis of value conclusions for entities, assets, or liabilities to assist companies with informed business and investment decisions.
Qualified Managers will possess the following: 10-15 years environmental engineering, remediation or environmental management-related experience Demonstrated experience in project management, business and strategic planning, report development, and managing client relationships and sales Exceptional leadership/supervision skills and technical, analytical and business writing skills High motivation and interest in expanding a practice in a dynamic high growth area Bachelor of Environmental, Civil or Chemical Engineering required; MBA preferred; Finance, Accounting and Cost Estimation backgrounds and CPA and/or CFA certifications, a plus
