Build your career with us and be a part of building the new ConAgra Foods.Primary Role: Lead a team of Engineers to deliver and support commercially available technical solutions and provide both operational and engineering focused scope recommendations based on knowledge, experience, and best industry practice.

Be and be recognized as one of the companys technical experts regarding design of mechanical systems (Refrigeration, HVAC, Steam and Condensate, Cooling Tower), general building construction for the Food Industry, process safety management in ammonia refrigeration, and water treatment specific to asset lifecycle management.. Manage engineering resources to collaboratively and cross-functionally develop policy and then support implementation and ensure long-term compliance in the areas of Process Safety Management and Water treatment.

Manage engineering resources to develop project scope identification documents, supporting conceptual materials, detailed budget estimates, and risk and alternative assessments using standardized templates (FEL-I deliverables) in advance of deployment by Platform project execution teams.

Oversight responsibility for performance of recommended processing systems and the technical accuracy and thoroughness of the scope defined.

Manage engineering resources to support standardization of equipment, methods, and design through governance of and development of Standards, Specifications, Guidelines, and Teaching Drawings.

Guide investigation of emerging commercially available mechanical systems and technology in support of developing cost-based competitive advantage to ConAgra.
