Our team of Customer Service and Sales Specialists deliver world class service and develop customer loyalty, one request at a time. You will join a team of associates who are confident and knowledgeable about the Bank of America products we offer.







While working in our East Providence contact center you will provide customer solutions through service, sales and/or fulfillment requests by answering calls, emails or text chat. You may be required to solve or investigate/resolve a wide variety of issues by gathering additional information, setting expectations and working with other support organizations. In addition, you may handle escalated discrepancies that may require you to successfully navigate the organization to resolve and provide proper follow up. You may perform routine account maintenance or transactions such as opening new accounts and completing the set-up process. Other responsibilities will include the cross-selling or up-selling of other financial products by referring customers to the appropriate line of business.







All associates will be expected to use your interpersonal skills to efficiently assist and provide a memorable experience to our customers while adhering to the established service level agreements. You will use our state-of-the-art computerized system to enter data for tracking, information gathering, reference and/or troubleshooting. To ensure your success, you will attend 6 weeks of training that will empower you to solve problems independently in a service results driven environment.






Here are the schedules we are offering:






1130 PM - 8 PM Monday - Thursday; Sunday 930 AM - 6PM w/ Friday and Saturday off


12:30 PM - 9 PM Tuesday - Friday; Saturday 9AM - 5:30 PM w/ Sunday and Monday off






12:30 PM - 9PM Monday - Friday; Saturday 8AM - 430 PM w/ Sunday and Thursday off
















Must be able to train for 6 weeks -Monday - Friday 12:30pm - 9pm













  • More than 6 months of experience working with customers


  • More than 6 months of experience working in sales environment


  • More than 6 months of experience handling difficult situations with customers


  • At least an intermediate ability in computer skills


  • Intermediate proficiency in written and verbal communications


  • Ability to work within the operating hours and days for this position as outlined in the posted job requisition.


  • Ability to work the required days and hours as listed in the job requisition without any absences or vacation time in order to attend mandatory training







Desirable skills/experience:


  • Ability to work weekends, either rotating or set days as outlined in the job requisition


  • Ability to work evenings, either rotating or set days as outlined in the job requisition


  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the Banking/Financial industry


  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in a call center


  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in customer relations


  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in a sales driven environment


  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience performing repetitive tasks based on existing operating procedures under close supervision or from detailed written procedures
