Clearance/Citizenship Requirements:
 
- Candidate must meet security clearance requirements for Transportation Security Administration        
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- An active TSA or DoD Secret Clearance is a plus
 
Responsibilities & Duties:
 
         This role is responsible for supporting business operations by evaluating and updating the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) and system outage planning documentation
         Assist the program with executing COOP exercises and provide a review of exercise results to the program.  Also assist the Change Management team in creating COOP and system outage training material
         Develop a schedule of COOP exercises and scenarios
         The team will assist the program teams in conducting two program COOP exercises each year by coordinating with the Change Management team to support the development and maintenance of the COOP training material on a semi-annual basis aligned with the schedule of exercises. COOP training documentation is assumed to exist and require limited new documentation to be developed. Updates to training material are assumed to not fundamentally alter the existing plan structure or content.
         Work with the client and the IT Architect to ensure proper translation of business requirements to IT infrastructure solution
         Design infrastructure based on conceptual and logical architecture
         Document requirements as Engineering Artifacts: environment drawings,
network configurations, logical and physical operational models, HW/SW
mappings, COTS configuration specifications, operational support artifacts
         Ensure on-time delivery to the users by identifying and resolving infrastructure design dependencies
