Job Summary
Greets customers, and responds to inquiries with accurate information regarding hours of outlet operation, hotel services, directions to local attractions, or meeting rooms, car rentals and airline shuttle service, etc.
Makes arrangements for these services as needed by guests.
Provides breakfast and appetizer service and stocks food and related items daily.
This position will also be responsible for covering shifts in the PBX department.
This will entail answering phones and directing callers to the appropriate department.
This position is meant to be a coverage position so time will be split between taking care of the Executive Lounge as a Concierge as well as covering shifts as the hotel's operator.
Additional Information
Position starts at $9.00/hr plus tips when performing Concierge duties and $8.50/hr when performing PBX duties.
This position requires previous customer service experience and previous food and beverage service experience is preferred.
The qualified applicants must be able to effectively communicate in English and will have a strong sense of customer service.
