The Integrated Intelligence Solutions (I2S) Operation of SAIC - Operations, Intelligence and Security Business Unit has an opening for a Counterintelligence/HUMINT Policy Analyst to support a CI/HUMINT contract in Crystal City, VA.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Senior CI Analyst will support the Defense Counterintelligence and HUMINT Center (DCHC) by leading one or more CI/HUMINT analytic projects and performing as a CI Subject Matter Expert in DoD and other Agency working groups/meetings.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Analyze and produce CI/HUMINT and all-source intelligence assessments on a broad range of substantive issues in all production formats.
*Draft project plans, and produce, edit, provide quality assurance, and brief the project/team\'s CI/HUMINT analytic products.
*Provide analysis on issues which include, but are not limited to, political and military leadership and decision making; nuclear strategy and regional ambitions; military capabilities, strategy, doctrine and operational concepts; and anti-Coalition activities and capabilities in Iraq and Afghanistan.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
*Bachelor\'s degree with 7+ years of All-Source, CI, CE investigations and/or CT experience with a strong emphasis in analysis and policy.
*Experience writing issue papers and be able to develop and present issue briefings related to CI/HUMINT systems, policies, and requirements.
*Familiarity and previous use of analytic tools and exposure to new analytic methodologies.
*Ability to conduct critical analytical thinking, possess the technical skills required for in-depth intelligence analysis, and be skilled in the production and presentation of quality, timely products.
*Effective communicator, both orally and in writing.
*Work well independently and able to organize time and work efficiently and have the ability to respond to multiple urgent tasks.
*Knowledgeable of National Disclosure policies, Intelligence Oversight and classified information security policies and procedures.
*Currently possess an active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
*MA/MS in a related field.
