One of our direct Fortune 100 Clients is looking for a Business Systems Analyst with Datawarehouse background as per the following:

Project duration will go beyond 3-6 Months!

MUST HAVE: Excellent communication skills and Solid personality

Requirement:

* Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience required
* Minimum 4 years of Data Warehousing experience required.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in working on ETL applications/Data Marts & Data Warehouse required
* Minimum 4 years experience required working on MS Office products - MS Word, MS Excel & MS Visio
* Credit Card Industry experience preferred
* Experience migrating large RDBMS Data Warehouse Solutions (e.g. IBM, Teradata, and Oracle) for Customer Relationship Management modules a Plus
* Experience with Business Intelligence Tools (BO, MicroStrategy, and Cognos) a Plus
 
* Working with different Business groups/users to understand the Business Requirements for the project.
* Working closely with the business users to understand the current state and target state business processes
* Working with different IT & Business groups to understand and determine the Impacts to the Data Warehouse and/or Data Marts for different projects
* Creating the Functional Requirement Specification/FRS for the Data Warehouse and/or Data Mart for the project
* Providing input to the Data Architect to help create/update Logical/Physical Data Models for the Data Warehouse and/or Data Marts
* Working closely with the Development team to validate that the Technical design meets the business requirements
* Reviewing Test Plans/Scripts to ensure adequate coverage for the proposed design
