We are a growing law firm headquared in Phoenix, AZ and looking for multiple experienced attorney in bankruptcy law to represent our clients across the nation! This is on a contract basis and no relocation is necessary!

What you need for this position:

- 3+ years of experience practicing bankruptcy law, particularly in Chapter 7 filings

- Active Bar license and in good standing.

- Proficiency in Best Case software is preferred.

What you'll be doing:

You will be representing individuals on a daily basis in their bankruptcy needs, provide counsel, and prepare and file Chapter 7 cases.
