Purpose and Scope: Support the Manager with specific responsibilities related to production functions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all time and action calendars and production charts.
- Work with overseas offices to communicate ok to buys within deadlines.
- Influence, manage and facilitate the timely approval of components to support on time deliveries.
- Responsible for on time sales sample deliveries from fabric purchase through initial costing and awareness of gross profit.
- Daily communication with overseas offices, vendors and accounts.
- Oversee changes in quantities and styles while focusing on deliveries and cutting down on air shipments.
- Work with Manager on factory allocations.
Job Requirements:
- 4 Year College Degree required.
- 2-4 years related experience.
- Highly proficient in all computer skills, including Word, Excel, pivot tables.
