The successful candidates will provide technical expertise in systems and perform quality assurance reviews. They will also work on other building operations related projects providing: non-automated data load and maintenance, quality assurance/data integrity, end user support, help desk and training, application security, and report distribution. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
* Programming skills and experience required (SQL / Java Script). * Required knowledge of database technology (Oracle / MS Access). * Experience in report writer software (Crystal, Business Objects, Brio, etc.). * Solid prioritization, trouble shooting capabilities and project management skills required. * Experience with Facilities Management software required:(Archibus is required). * Knowledge of the following business areas a plus: Facilities Management, Building Operations, and Property Management. * 3+ years supporting software applications in an Oracle environment. * Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time * An active security clearance is a plus
