Description This individual will support all levels of management by performing administrative duties such as preparing correspondence; producing documents for presentations; coordinating meetings and travel; maintaining calendars; and working on a variety of special projects as needed.

In addition, qualified Candidates will have the following skills and experience:
BA/BS preferred1-3 years of office administration experience in a professional office environment.
Strong 2007 MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Word, ect.)
Outstanding organizational and multi tasking skills.
The ability to work independently with little guidance.
The ability to work well in a fast-paced, high workload environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
